OBJECTIVOS:

GOALS:

→ Aproveitar esta pausa lectiva, tão importante e decisiva no desenrolar das diversas competições, para manter as equipas participantes em competição e motivadas para o restante período da época;

- Using this school holidays period, so important and decisive in the different competitions, to keep the teams in competition and motivated for the rest of the season.

→ Aproveitar esta época, para através de um torneio desportivo, motivar espaços de convívio e os momentos de confraternização, intercâmbio e de formação informal e cultural, entre as equipas participantes. Estes momentos deverão ter uma preponderância importante, conferindo a este evento características lúdicas únicas;

- Take advantage of this season with a sports tournament to promote moments of friendship and fellowship, and to perform informal training as well as cultural challenge between the participating teams. These moments should have an important preponderance, giving this event a unique playful feature.

→ Juntar em Gondomar várias realidades voleibolistas do País e de algumas representações europeias, dando preferência a equipas com desempenhos de referencia nas suas competições, conferindo um carácter mais abrangente relativamente aos torneios já existentes;

-  Bring together, to Gondomar, different country volleyball realities and other European teams, giving preference to teams with references in their competitive leagues giving this tournament a different from the existing tournaments.

→ Permitir aos treinadores preparar as suas equipas para os momentos mais decisivos da época, ou manter activas as equipas que não prosseguiram nas competições – trazer os campeões ao evento;

- Allowing coaches to prepare their teams for the most decisive moments of the season, or keeping active teams who did not continue in the competitions - bringing the champions to the event.

→ Levar mais alto o nome do clube e da cidade de Gondomar, fazendo juz ao elevado historial do mesmo, enquanto elemento fundamental na cidade de Gondomar;

- Taking higher the name of the club and Gondomar , valuing its history as fundamental to this town.

→ Divulgar o Voleibol e as nossas equipas na comunidade, como principal forma de interligação e coexistência;

- Promoting Volleyball and our teams within the community, as the best type of connection and coexistence.

→ Lançar sementes para que seja um evento de continuidade, enraizando em próximas edições, apostando numa imagem forte e representativa do evento. Com este torneio pretende-se ser a médio prazo um torneio de referência nacional, com a presença do maior número de equipas de referência nacional e internacional, de forma a proporcionar aos nossos atletas a melhor experiencia possível.

- Sowing seeds, so that this event will have continuity in forthcoming editions and investing in a strong and representative picture of the event. With this tournament we intend to achieve in medium term the national tournament reference, attended by the largest number of teams of national and international reference, in order to provide our athletes the best possible experience.
